Booking & Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time.

  • Payments are accepted via Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo.

  • The remaining balance is due at the end of the session. Final images will not be delivered until the balance is paid in full.

  • If your preferred date or time is unavailable, please contact FLVCKOFILMZ before booking.

Travel Fee

  • FLVCKOFILMZ serves the North Dallas area.

  • A travel fee may apply to locations outside the standard service area.

  • Please contact FLVCKOFILMZ before booking to confirm availability and any applicable travel fee.

Time & Arrival

  • Please arrive on time. Session times will not be extended due to late arrival.

  • A $25 late fee applies to clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late.

  • Arrivals exceeding 25 minutes late will result in cancellation. The deposit will not be refunded, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable and serve as a cancellation fee if the client cancels their appointment.

  • A $25 rescheduling fee applies to appointment changes, excluding rescheduling due to inclement weather.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

Image Policy

  • A preview/selection gallery will be provided within 1–2 business days after the session.

  • Final edited images will be delivered within 5–7 business days after selections are made.

  • By booking with FLVCKOFILMZ, the client grants permission for images and/or video captured during the session to be used for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other promotional purposes.

  • Clients who do not wish for their images to be used for promotional purposes must notify FLVCKOFILMZ before the scheduled session.

Studio Shoots

  • Studio shoots must be discussed with FLVCKOFILMZ before booking.

  • Studio rentals are not included. Clients are responsible for booking and covering all fees associated with any third-party studio or creative space.

Weddings
